Where your data lives

Your files are stored on servers in India.

• Our storage environment follows controls aligned with SOC 2 Type I and Type II.
• Our Google integrations meet CASA requirements.
• (We can share more details with business customers under NDA.)

Security

• Encryption: TLS for data in transit; strong encryption for data at rest and backups.
• Access: least-privilege access; production actions are logged and require MFA.
• Isolation: each customer's data is logically separated.
• Backups & continuity: regular encrypted backups and restore checks.
• Monitoring & response: 24×7 monitoring; documented incident response.
• Vulnerabilities: routine patching, automated checks in CI/CD, periodic pen tests.

Privacy (what we collect and why)

We collect:

• Account info (name, email, org, preferences) to run your account.
• Usage logs (app events, device/browser, coarse IP location) to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Your files and file metadata (name, size, type, folder path, checksums) to store and manage what you upload.

We use this to: provide the service, secure it, troubleshoot issues, and comply with the law.

We don't sell personal data.

Sharing: We may use trusted service providers for things like email delivery or analytics under confidentiality and data-protection commitments. We keep this to the minimum needed to operate the product.

Retention: Your files are kept while your account is active (or as your admin sets). Backups and logs are kept for limited periods and then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices: You can access, fix, export, or delete your data (subject to legal limits). Write to privacy@futurixai.com.

Children: ZeroDrive isn't for children under 13 (or local equivalent).

Terms of use (short version)

• Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to operate ZeroDrive and as you instruct (for example, when you share a link).
• Be lawful and respectful. Don't upload illegal content, violate others' rights, or try to break or bypass security.
• Availability. We aim for high uptime, but service can be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control. Keep your own backups of critical data.
• Changes. Features may evolve. We'll try to give reasonable notice of material changes.
• Ending the service. You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk. After a short grace period (e.g., 30 days), we may delete remaining data from active systems and then from backups per our schedule.
• Third-party apps you connect. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.
• Liability. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or special losses. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
• Law & courts. Governed by Indian law; courts at New Delhi, India.

Data Processing (for business customers)

When we handle your users' personal data inside your files, we act on your instructions.

• Roles: you are the controller; we are the processor.
• Purpose: to store, transmit, back up, index, and show previews you request.
• Security: as described above.
• Incidents: if a personal-data breach occurs, we'll notify you without undue delay with details and steps taken.
• End of term: on request, we'll delete or return data when the contract ends, subject to legal retention duties.
• Audits: we'll reasonably support audit requests under NDA and with fair limits.

Fair product notes

• Sharing links can have view or edit permission and can expire.'
• Viewers discourage unauthorised saving or resharing, but no viewer can fully prevent screenshots or re-recording.'
• Roadmap items are directional and may change.
